Nestled in the heart of Wilton, Greyhound Inn offers a delightful retreat that I had the pleasure of experiencing. The restaurant's culinary innovation particularly stood out during my stay. Dinner presented an exceptional menu featuring traditional home-cooked dishes that resonated with my desire for authentic flavors. I savored the rich textures and carefully chosen ingredients; Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise. The accompanying fine wines completed the experience, enhancing the meal without overpowering the distinct tastes of the dishes. The ambiance created by thoughtful decor and lighting in the dining area lent itself perfectly to a relaxed yet sophisticated evening. While breakfast could benefit from being cooked to order, the quality of the dinner made up for this slight oversight. The overall cleanliness and modern touches in my room, too, complemented the stay well.
